RETURN POLICY

We set very high standards here and hope and expect you will be happy with your purchase! However, things can go wrong and if you are not completely satisfied you may return your physical product to us tor a full refund within 30 days. This excludes personalised or custom items, which we must exclude from this policy.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an eligible item, please email us at info (a) portraitsforcouples.com. Once confirmed we will issue a return reference and return address.
Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage in transit, it is easiest to reuse the packaging we send the product in, if you are able.
Please note, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges but if we have not sent what you ordered, we'll cover return shipping.
We recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your eligible return we will contact you to confirm receipt and process your refund same day. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

It is rare but on occasion items can get damaged in transit. For defective or damaged in transit products, please contact us below to arrange for a replacement to be sent.
